The Beloved Queen of Light is a Great Cosmic Being who is a Guardian Presence of Instruction to mankind. She handles the Cosmic Light Substance from the Ascended Masters’ Octave and directs that in a concentrated action that affects the whole world or an entire nation. Her Cosmic Service is to a nation or the world or a large group of people; and it is more a mass assistance than that of the individual, unless the individual calls to Her individually and through intense Love asks Her special Assistance.
